And don't have your heart set on saving the paper stencils for another time, because you might have to spray it so generously that it really kinda soaks the card stock.

I read that you can use DuraLar for this, so that you can re use the stencils, but I haven't tried it yet.

These pants are really inspiring, great job!!

Those silver buttons look so cute with the gray!

Quick question - I'm not sure if I'm reading your tut correctly.  Are you finishing the top and bottom of the spats at all (the sides that don't have buttons or holes)

so awesome!  I had to make a hinata jacket for my daughter last year--she's from naruto too--and I wish my supplies had been so cheap!  You did a great job!

Did you post that?  I love Hinata's jacket, it looks so cozy. Smiley

Check out Butterick 5030.  The sash and the sleeves are different, but those are relatively simple changes.

Also Vogue 8446 is similar

You could also take a look at Simplicity 4070, Butterick 4657, McCalls 5314.

Edit:  I just found one that is a bit better, McCalls 5319.  Don't know if you are still looking but thought I'd post.
