You can try ebay... i just bought a kit from bathbombbiz and they have alot of things in the shop. they're located in england but they do say you can get a quote for shipping world-wide. their postage costs within the UK are very reasonable!

I'm moving to a new pad in a few months Cheesy...and i'v already decided what style i want my room to be. At the minute, theres a purple wallpapered wall (its gorgeous, and staying!) and sliding doors. I'm gettting a metal ivory bedstead/headboard. (Anyone know if it would be possible to attach 2 headboards to one bed...its a divan and this would work out cheaper than a bedstead!) I'v also started making millions of throw cushions to make the bed semi day-bed like. What should i do to cover the window? I don't fancy really heavy curtains (due to the floaty- ness of the room) but i also don't want to be awake really early every morning  Undecided...and ideas of an in between solution? i hate blinds btw, except bamboo ones, which don't look good on a full sized door! Can i paint veneer furniture white? And I'm also stumped on where to store things...i considered a blanket box come bedside table but it might be kinda low! oh, would the walls look good a light gray colour? to complement the lilac, or best sticking to off white? Roll Eyes

Another kind of random question, whats the best way to get smoke smells from a carpet? Apart from leaving windows open to air the place, which can only be done when im there as its not terribly difficult to climb through the sliding door! I can see this room being a nightmare! Undecided hahah! I love a good challenge!

Many thanks fellow craft-nuts! *sighs* *aaah, how much i owe craftster*  Kiss

ANy thoughts on what would be the best way to turn pine veneer furniture into white shabby chic furniture? I think it would be ok to use paint designed for melamine, or possibly a primer. Would this work ok, and would it be best to do some sanding first?

hahah, this has given me the best idea for using some white fake fur i have lying around....i think i'l try and add a horn to his head to make it a unicorn. and i shall name thee Ruby, in honour of my beautiful horse who is galloping around in the sky with Red Rum! Ruby was white too!

Any chance of a tutorial for that cute little guy? i Love him, he's adorable! I'm having visions of either a HUGGGEEEE one which is like a really comfy cuddly pillow...possibly along the lines of a cushtie...or fill him with beans and make one of those things great for sore necks!!

ok, so i'm thinkin of gettin my first (and probably last) tattoo. my sister and i are thinking of matching unicorns in memory of our horse who died really suddenly last week  Cry but im scared! i wana know if theres any easy way to ink myself for a while until i see if i actually want to go ahead with it. i also need to let my bf get used to seein me with one! from past experience with needles, the more i think about it, the less sure i get! iv had countless injections which made me faint, passed out after my navel piercing (even though i'd eaten) etc etc so i need to be a million % sure!
