1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Frills and lace, EGL style on: December 29, 2005 01:35:21 AM
This is my first attempt at making a Lolita skirt. I didn't have a pattern or anything, just a picture and some scrap black material lying arround. It took me about 4 hours to make, I'm pretty proud that I got it done since I've been putting it off for about 6 months now.

I think it's like...some sort of cotton material I used, i don't really know, but it's kinda stratchy wich gives it a nice little bounce to the skirt. I really like how it turned out though.
2  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Discussion and Questions / overlaping on: October 04, 2004 10:13:29 PM
I don't know if this is what others have done, but I was going to over lap some of my stencils for a doubble effect. I was planning on using acrylic paint or spary paint. I was wondering if weather both, one or none of those would work, and if so how do I overlap my image?
3  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Lace cuff on: September 24, 2004 06:25:00 PM

I made this cuff with off white lace and a teal blue ribbon that I got from a discount fabric store. I also used invisable thread because I couldn't get a matching color to the ribbon. The cost of making it was only about 2 dollars.

4  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / Music bag on: September 23, 2004 07:26:23 PM
Well, I'm new here and well this is my first post.
I was thinking of making a bag for all my guitar stuff, so I could put the cords and mic in it. I don't have any idea of what kind of bag I'm going to make, but I do want to make one in a shape of a note. If anyone has any tips for a first time bag maker and maybe some sugestions it would be much appreciated.
