My gf goes through lipbalm quickly, and she'll be happy to hear about your clever and resourceful idea, thanks!  (Your computer is lucky that it didn't get its own coat of cocoa lip balm! Wink

Ya know I think my hubby said the same thing LOL........he started in with the "ya know how much that thing cost right (Uhhh yeah, I bought the thing lol), then goes oh nevermind, you won't listen anyways"

It usually goes on sheer but I did notice that if you have a lot on your finger that it does have tint to it....I took pics but all that showed up was the shiny lol and no color Smiley

I attempted to add some peppermint extract to it but it didn't go over so well lol.....I wonder if peppermint oil would work well with it........Any suggestions?

Extracts are alcohol based so they will not mix into oil based products. Definitely try peppermint essential oil or another oil that is lip safe (and seriously, just start with a couple drops, it is strong!)

Yeah I realized that after I had already put it in........I'm not sure the EO I have is lip safe

What kind of EO is it? Lavender and peppermint and other mints are ok, cinnamon is ok in very tiny doses (also used as a lip plumper if you overuse it lol, like Lip Venom)

It's made by Biotone Aromatherapy...........says it's 100% EO and 100% Pure for Therapeutic Use....*shrugs* I have no clue lol....I don't do cinnamon but i have a sister I'd like to get even with *evil grin*

I'm not too big on the grapefuit scents but I like things like mint, orange, strawberry, you get the idea LOL........I didn't even intend on making this today....I was bored and since there was no one around I figured, why not?

Very sweet! I usually put on Vaso on my lips to keep them un-chapped but this is great. Vaso with flavor!!! Does it go on chocolate brown too? Colorwise?

Oooh what does it taste like?  I hate commercial lip balm!  I'm always tempted by the smell and the tasty sounding names, but end up wiping it off almost straight away, as it never feels right and usually tastes foul.  My gran use to swear by petroleum jelly for all sorts of 'beauty' stuff a long time ago.

Great stuff.

Doesn't have a taste to it, at least not that i noticed LOL....now I'm gonna have to go put some on and find out....
