11  CRAFTSTER CRAFT CHALLENGES / Craftster Craft Challenge Theme Ideas, Etc. / Decorate a wine glass challenge on: September 21, 2011 12:31:05 PM
What about a challenge to decorate a wine glass? or a wine bottle?
12  CRAFTSTER CRAFT CHALLENGES / Craftster Craft Challenge Theme Ideas, Etc. / Fixing a craft disaster on: September 14, 2011 02:49:49 PM
Occasionally I've done a craft project that turned out really badly.  I've had to rethink things through and sometimes completely redesign it into something else. What about a craft challenge with things like this?  (describing what we originally intended and how it ended up where it was).  People would probably end up posting past projects, since you can't really set out to make a craft disaster with an ultimate redesign, but it still could be fun to see the creative resolutions people came up with for their craft disasters!

Beautiful.  I love rock art and love how you kept the theme going with the rock paper on the inside!

I love what you've done with this and how you layered up the beach glass. You've inspired me to try to do something similar (if only I were brave enough to try a hot glue gun!)

Great idea. I'm excited to try it and I'll be on the lookout for the "sploodge" sound!

19  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Making a millefiori paperweight with fused glass? on: March 06, 2008 06:28:26 AM
I thought millefiori paperweights were made with blown glass.  I'm starting to learn fused glass and I found a fused glass paperweight mold on Delphi's site.  Has anyone ever made a millefiori paperweight with fused glass?  How did it turn out?  Any tips you can pass on?
