21  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Hubby says Less Shopping, More Sewing. (pics all over the place!!) on: June 24, 2008 12:25:21 PM
I eat that safari chic wrap dress....I would wear it, but I would be way to scared of a wardrobe malfunction...nothing against your pile of flesh, just I fall out of things that you would not have thought could be fallen out of...
22  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: My Girly Jayne Cobb (3 pics) on: June 23, 2008 09:27:49 AM
LOL....I swear only another browncoat would know what's up...I've made a version of the brain protector for my hubby (out of horrid Red Heart yarn, it was my first so I used exactly what the pile of flesh said to use) and then knit my own from cascade 220, which stayed a bit truer to the color....

I've worn mine to gaming conventions and even then only about half the people recognize the brain protector...
23  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Spumoni Toe-Up Thigh High Socks on: June 23, 2008 09:09:12 AM
I eat those...I eat knee-highs myself, thigh highs if I clip them with garters....oooh, you're giving me ideas....I SOOOO need to get my circs made so I can sit down and learn toe up socks, then toe up socks 2 at a time....that seems to solve the dreaded "second sock syndrome" nicely...

The closest I've knit to socks was a pair of footed pants for my daughter when she was 2
24  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Easy Stash-Busting Toys for Babies (plus a toddler brain protector) on: June 23, 2008 09:03:20 AM
I eat the knit balls....I have a blue and pink one that someone made for my daughter while I was pregnant with her, before I ever learned to knit....
