Hey there! A couple of years ago I bought a pair of Chinese Laundry white pointed heels.  A few weeks later I was at Macy's and I saw this really awesome Chanel tissue paper at a Chanel makeup counter.  At once a lightbulb went on. "Why don't I decoupage the white heels with cut up pieces of the tissue paper?!"  SO I did, and this is what turned out.  They used to be perfect, but a weeks worth of going out to crowded dance clubs messed them up a litte, so I took a picture before they got too bad.  OH! To make them I just cut the chanel logos out of the paper, mod podged them onto the shoes, and then when dry I coated them with the mod podge. Hope they inspire you! 

I have had alot of pictures I put up turned into hyperlinks. So let me understand this. I CANNOT link a pic from a random googled website, but if I put the pic in my photobucket account I CAN put the pic up. I don't understand what the difference is, or what the big deal is, but it's buggin me.  Can someone post a simple, not lengthy, set of Craftster Commandments?

I did a search for this and found nothing. I have no idea how to read a knitting pattern, because when I was taught how to knit I was never taught how to read a pattern.  If you can give me a "knitting a button hole for dummies" type of tutorial I would love you forever... or a link would be so helpful. I remember a couple of years ago I saw a thread about making sleep masks. I thought it was a cute idea, but it would be amazing if one could combine the idea of the sleep mask with designer fabric, and I came up with this->

also, if you are wondering where I got the fabric, I bought it on Ebay. I also bought Louis Vuitton fabric and Fendi. It's kinda pricey, but so much fun!

I have been spending so much time in the kitchen lately perfecting the best way to make tofu crispy and crunchy. The best way I have found to be is drying off cut up tofu on some paper towels, coating it in corn starch, and finally frying it in some vegetable oil. Anyone have a better idea!?

I want to make my own retro fiberglass lampshades but I am having trouble finding a kit. I think this might be a good one but I need a second opinion!
