First, I want to say that there is SO MUCH talent on this forum.
I'm a lurker and poster in the sewing community, but I never came there until now ; and I'm so impressed by all your work. You guys are amazing.

Now, for my drawing :

First drawing in 3 months! ♥
Turned out so much better than I thought it would. I'm so happy with it!

Annabelle is one of my main OC. She's inocent, very sweet and wear mostly Lolita clothing. She works in a toy shop, and can't understand why people are mean in general. Very naive and kinda cry-baby girl ~ The kind of person that would burst out crying in front of a suffering animal and do the best to help it, even if it's dangerous. But she's so lovely!

Done without a tablet. 100% mouse and Pen Tool.

Now, for the story :

I was browsing a Lolita brand website, Angelic Pretty (Link) when I saw their bags. OH MY GOD. So so lovely. And so pricey; over 100$ US each. ;0;
So why not make my own inspired by all my favourite bag? I so did.
I drafted my own pattern, took 1 meter of kind of fake/cheap leather-like fabric, 1 meter of lining (see here), a zipper and some white piping I had laying around, and I was set.

After many, many hours of work, I was done. 
Working with that fabric is a bit of a pain, since you can't sew it twice at the same place, or there will be too many holes and it will simply fall apart. There's many little mistakes, it doesn't stand well on it's own, but once you put stuff in it, it's alright. I choose to put a single strap from a side to another, personal preference.

Overall, I'm very happy with the result, and I can't make to do a red or white one next. And this bag cost me only 15$.

Always ask someone else to tie the ribbon. Mine looks dumb when I do it by myself!
I drafted my own pattern for it: SO easy!
It's made from a old fabric I had somewhere, and 1 pair of jeans... and a half! But since it's not 100% reconstructed, I post it here.

I saw I ♥ Lucy's apron, and it inspired me... Yet I had no reason to make one.
BUT! My plastic art class asked for an apron or an old T-shirt, so... Here you go!

I totally love it.

After many hours, 2 burns, a lot of frustration with that red light weighted fabric... It's done!! 
My first clothing, first time using a pattern, and hopefully not the last one!

It was hard to understand it by my own, so I just did my own way for making the skirt and over skirt, fixing the zipper, and fix the top to the skirts, and adding that ribbon...!

Better pictures coming tomorrow, now I'm just too tired... 

Comment and constructive criticisms is appreciated, since it's my first time, I made many mistakes, don't be too harsh

I've been making tons of those Pencil case but I'll only show you a few 



People seem to love them <3
And I am so totally amazed by this bag, my first bottom-bag EVER!
I loved to do it, what a fun bag 






Interested in making one? You need:
Sticky vinyl sheet, or Grip-tac.They usually come in roll ^^
Chip bags, or any fun packages.
The pattern of your project: You can do almost anything with them! (Well, not clothes, but it could be cool!  )

You wash your chip bags like normal dishes, and be careful about not tearing them! Once your done, you will have to place them on the vinyl sheet like how you want them to be. Do not hesitate to cut them and take only the parts you want! It's up to you! This will be your fabric, so place and cut in the shape you need to do your project!
Then, carefully sew: Once a hole is made, you cannot make it disappear! So it's a bit more tricky if you need to pin them.

I hope this gave you some ideas, you can do this with any package of candy, chips, cookies... Have fun andgo crazy!

This is my first post, and I'm kinda intimidated by all of you... Crafter is such a big, creative and awesome community: Because of you, I began to sew now! <3

This is my second project.
The first one is a plain totebag, too plain xD;
I had to do it 2 times, since the first time I cut my bag too small for the zipper x__x;
There is many imperfections, but for a second time, I'm pretty proud of it ^^
First time sewing a zipper, a good one ^0^

Oh, I forgot to mention! I didn't use vinyl, instead I used some transparent and self-adhesive sheet from 1$ shop, it works so perfectly! ^^
