Hey there my sweeties!
Oh my goodness i can't believe how long it's been since i've been on here! I see you've all been busy crafting away, i can't wait to take a look through Smiley I took a few years off crafting...not on purpose, i missed it ALL the time, but life took a turn for the crazy side of things and i just didn't have the time! But i'd like to share some of my creations with you that i maybe haven't put up here before, and some of my really recent creations.

I've basically just got married and moved far away from where i was before. So i'm job hunting at the moment and as frustrating that is, it gives me a chance to sort out our new house and craft to my hearts content  Cheesy

So first i want to share with you my wizard of oz robots. I love making these little dudes, and these were a lot of fun! Especially dorothy and her shoes (being such a fan of shoes myself!! Wink

Enjoy!!

3  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Porge's Rainbow Robots! <3 *Lots of pictures* on: January 26, 2009 06:52:17 AM
Hello Poppets!

How are you all doing? Coping with this misurable weather we're having?
I'm starting to think i have SAD because the horrible winter weather really gets me down! i hate it. Everything looks so dull and misurable outside.
SO... i felt the need for colour Tongue And along came these little dudes! My Rainbow robots!
They really make me smile and are perfect for cheering you up =D
They were so much fun to make. All made with my own hands from fimo polymer clay and love  All their arms, legs and heads move about, so they're a lot of fun Tongue
These little cuties look fantastic on a necklace chain, or as earrings can also be put on a phone charm or keyring!

What do you think? =D

4  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Mountain Dew Slushy from PORGE <3 on: December 12, 2008 02:19:41 AM
Hey poppets!

This was a request for someone... A Mountain Dew Slushy necklace!
I'm from the UK and can honestly say i had never heard of mountain dew until this. I've got mixed comments on it, some hate the drink, some love it! How about you? I'm going to try and see if i can hunt some down in the UK, i'd love to try some! Ok ok, so it may be a little too cold for a slushy though!
Anyway, the slushy charm is made from fimo polymer clay about an inch tall and is on a handmade necklace of blue and green seed beans, with 6 random swarovski crystals on it Smiley

What do you think?

MUCH LOVE

5  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / It's a PORGE Rainbow!! <3 on: November 28, 2008 11:51:17 AM
Hey there hunnibuns!

I've had a sudden spurge of all things rainbow! I think it's winter that does it to me. Don't you just hate it when as soon as it comes to October,  all of a sudden everything's so dull! I'm a big shopaholic, and I've really found, this year especially, that all the clothing is so dull and boring. I'm sick of black... brown... grey! If anything, people need more colour in the winter than in the summer... to kill those winter blues.

Anyway... Porgie to the rescue Wink
ENJOY!

9  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / Sweet tooth shoes... on: August 22, 2008 09:29:31 AM
Hello everyone Smiley
I have never posted on this board before (i'm a polymer clay board gal) But i wanted to share my shoes with you to see what you thought Smiley I had seen some pictures of others who had painted their shoes, so i just wanted to give it a go =D Who wants boring old white shoes anyway?!
I used acrylic paints, and am just looking around for a spray or something to seal them and hopefully protect them.

Comments and tips would be great <3

10  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Discussion and Questions / Filling my chocolates.. HELP on: August 02, 2008 04:54:37 AM
Hey everyone Smiley
I was wondering if any of you would be able to help me. As a lot of you know, i make mini foods with polymer clay, and one of my favourite things to make are chocolates. Well i have just got an order from someone who is asking for 20 chocolates for display in a new business she's starting up. Now she wants these chocolates to be 3cm in diametre and 1.5cm in height. Because of the size of the order, i think it'll be too much to make the chocolates solid polymer clay.
I have never done anything with polymer clay very big at all, but i think i have picked up from somewhere on here that it's possible to model the item out of foil, and then cover the surface in the clay. Is this right? Or has anyone got any ideas of a better way i can do it? All help will be greatly appreciated! <3
Thank you for any comments,

x~PORGE~x
