This is the Mod Kids Kyoko pattern and it's really really easy to follow.  So easy in fact that I made 2 yesterday in just over an hour!!  It is a little big on my DD as I made the size 2 (but best be too big than too small right).

Made for a pregnant friend of mine (modelled by me - who is not pregnant).

I found this pattern at the op shop for $0.50c and thought it was cute and IMO looks good even if your not pregnant.

This was also my first ever attempt at freezer paper stencilling, thought I'd try something easyish so went with the bird on a branch.

Opinions welcome.

I made this outfit using the Farbenmix Olivia pattern.  And omg does this pattern just rock!!! So easy to put together and it looks so comfortable to wear too (do you think I'd look funny if I made one in my size lmao)!

The little anchor is detachable (I snapped it onto the ribbon) so I can take it off before washing to avoid it getting trashed in the wash.

I love the Beatles so had to revamp a pair of my fav jeans to be Beatlesque lol

My DD has a cold and really didn't want to have her pic taken today but she still sat there anyway and let me snap one picture of her before she had enough - what a trooper she is!

Bring on easter now as I am ready!! lol

I have found my new favourite pattern!! The Bananafana 'Plush and Fancy' pattern

However, I didn't have any 'plush' material, so made it in not so plush material and I think it looks just as good.  The top I made months ago - and forgot about, but remembered when I was searching for what type of top would suit this outfit.

I really really really sucked at creating with playdough as a kid.  Yet, for some unkown reason I thought I would give Sculpey a go today.

Being my first attempt they are not perfect but - I think cute all the same lol. 

I made them as a gift in a 'useless pressie swap' I am in.



And I did these bacon and egg earrings today also but unfortunately couldn't get a nice pic of them as it was too late in the day to get good lighting so I apologise about  the dodgy photo 

I got an overlocker yesterday and had to put it to good use today lol.  Soo - decided to make this frilly bikini.  The lace type material is actually an old pillowcase I picked up at the op shop, I really do love recycling.

Pattern I made from a design in my head.

I love strawberry print and so inspired by the Redondo skirt I see many people make and the Hermosa top but not having the money to afford to buy them I decided to make my own version.

The hat I can't claim as my own pattern as I actually downloaded the template of a baker boy pattern from online but the rest I did draw the patterns for.

I can't crochet and nor had I ever made a bikini before.  But a friend of mine asked if I could make her an teeny tiny crochet bikini (damn her having such a hot body).

I remembered I had a crochet tablecloth I had picked up at the 2nd hand shop for something like $0.20c ages ago and so drew up somewhat of a pattern (lmao not that there was really much to draw up).
