1  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: My first photo-shopped pic.... on: November 25, 2008 07:09:52 AM
You did a great job! And this comes from a person who has used photoshop for over ten years. This is a nice photo and I love what you've done so far.

I agree with the others to take out the flooring. Also, one little trick you can do to make it look more natural around the edges: zoom in close on the edges and blend a tiny bit with the blur tool, but use a low strength like 14% and a small/medium brush size. By blending just a little around the edges it will look less like the scenery was photoshopped in.

Nice work!

I want to pass this on to anyone here who is into making costumes or mascots. This is very cool!

There is a listing on Austin Freecycle for these. I picked up a few today. A very nice lady has about a dozen more of these in storage and is giving them away. They are the kind that give you the belly shape and zip up the back. The sizes are smaller/medium, medium and large.

I've seen these kind of pads retail for $70-$90 new. So this is very generous of her to give these away. They are gently used and in good shape.

Contact me for her email address.

note: I posted this under Cityguides, Central Texas. Didn't realize it would make the front page scroller for all regions. Sorry about that!
