511  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Givers and Needers Swap R4 - Sendouts 3 Oct and 17 Oct on: September 22, 2008 03:52:34 PM
Hi all, don't worry about the muddying up....lol.  Got it all sorted out.
And thanks ghile, for giving me a fellow Canadian for my first swap.  Makes the first send out a little easier...now just to decide how big a box I can afford to send out....lol.   I'm sure if my husband had it his way, he would want me to send out a refridgerator box....rofl.

p.s. if you don't see myself and kitkat_pro on here a lot, we became facebook buddies to make it even easier to communicate  Cheesy
512  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Givers and Needers Swap R4 - Needers full, need Givers! on: September 20, 2008 07:31:02 PM
Alright, so I now know that I don't mail things near enough.  First, I don't even know where to look for a flat rate box, two I've never shipped anything UPS, and three,,....have no clue what a DC number is.     Huh

Someone on the Canada swap has mentioned that in Canada, we don't have UPS....hope that wont' mess anything up.

Alright, so this is my first swap ever, and I'm a giver.  Don't have a whole lot, but will give as much as I can.
One question...what size of box are we suppose to send, I didn't see that part anywhere.

I think the flower child idea is awesome.  That way its super easy to tie into the trunk trick or treating.  Great big peace signs!!  And super easy to make.
