11  A knitted zebra, for my boyfriend, Zebra! (pic heavy-ish) in Knitting: Completed Projects by chick-wiff-sticks on: April 03, 2008 10:09:17 PM
I loooove this thing!
I made it, with slight varitations, with the Laura Jane Bears pattern, found on www.knittingpatterncentral.com .

I call her Zeeba! She was made for my boyfriend, whom I call Zebra. Why couldn't it have been something less horsey(weird anatomy and hard to knit) and not so many freaking color changes?  Ah well.

Sorry for the bad picture; also, blue eyes? Bad idea.

And that cute little zebra butt!
What do you think?
I'm giving it to him Monday.

12  my emo scarf in Knitting: Completed Projects by chick-wiff-sticks on: April 03, 2008 09:59:52 PM
That's what my friend calls it; she says, that the scarf looks emo, when coupled with my pessimism and quiet nature. Whatever; I love this scarf!
If you're wondering, it was made wiht 2 strands of Simply Soft held together with US10 needles, and each block is 16 rows with 32 stitches. (The Ribbed for her Pleasure Scarf).
What do you think?
(Oh, and the sheet music, if you're wondering, is "Strawberry Fields Forever" by The Beatles.)

13  Finished cat sweater!(somewhat pic heavy) in Knitting: Completed Projects by chick-wiff-sticks on: March 28, 2008 07:10:46 PM

Enough pictures; leave me alone.

This is my cat, Schroeder, and his adorable purple sweater!
Surprisingly, he loves it!

14  Coffee cup cozy(for tall cup!) in Knitting: Completed Projects by chick-wiff-sticks on: March 07, 2008 11:36:34 PM
I made this all in one night for my grandma. She's into Americana stuff, and she picked the colors. What do you think?
Ignore the bad pictures, the camera sucks.

ALso, that's not the actual color of the yarn, it's just an ugly bright acrylic color. It's absolutely neon.

What do you think?
(I must give credit to the original Craftster that posted this pattern on Craftster; unfortunately, I can't remember her name. But you should know I am not this brilliant and this is not my ingenius pattern.

15  I recruited a male knitter! *dances* in Knitting: Discussion and Questions by chick-wiff-sticks on: March 07, 2008 10:27:30 PM
His name is Isaac; that thing on his head was hand-made by him; don't ask what it is.
Pretty much, it's an 8-foot orange thing, casted on about, what, 4 stitches? That's endurance right there!
(Oh, and the girl is his sister)
He knits now! Yay!

16  Two knitted kittens! Deux petite chats! in Knitting: Completed Projects by chick-wiff-sticks on: March 03, 2008 06:22:51 PM

This might not work; it's my first picture posting.
Anyway, these are two knitted kittens I knit for a friend's sisters. Next month is one of the girl's birthday, and you know how little kids are; you can't give one something without giving something to all the others. What do you think?
