1  Re: Chocoholics Unanimous Rd 4 Gallery of Sweet Chocolatey Indulgence! in The Swap Gallery by Daniethanas on: March 23, 2009 06:18:52 PM
I got my angel package today from Cabin Fever as well as a super special box-o-chocolate awesome from Shadeweaver!!!

Check this action out...

Here's the whole amount of loot from Cabin Fever. There's a purple scarf, a knitted dishcloth, homemade covered pretzel rods, mini potholders, a rice bag, a bag made out of ties, and a mess load of chocolate:

I have to admit that the tie-bag is my favorite, so here it is up close and personal.

And now the spread of chocolatey goodness that Shade sent... I am so impressed with how much chocolate she fit in this box!

Thanks so much, Cabin & Shade for spoiling me so rotten. I am so grateful!!! Thank you soo sooo sooooooo much!!!!

Thanks so much again, Cabin Fever, for angelling for me!!! It's so super sweet of you. Smiley

Here are the pics that I was able to take of the things I sent to Clemiesgirl.

A blueberry chocolate dishcloth:

A turquiose & brown scarf:

I also made her a tea wallet (can't find the picture) in mint green & chocolate colors, and some pink crochet coasters (because they were too cute to not include, but I also can't find the picture of). I sent some chocolate I got in my travels to Florida and California as well as some other goodies I picked up. Hope she got it OK and is enjoying everything!

I've decided that I absolutely hate how my job is getting in the way of my Craftster posting time. Tongue

Anyhow... I received from CraftyGurlllll while I was on vacation... and she sent me some amazing dishcloths! One is pink with a flower and one is lime green with a dolphin. Check 'em out!!!

Thanks so much, CraftyGurlllll!!! I love them (and already have put the pink one to good use!) (and sorry it took so long for me to post pictures. Tongue)

I received from Boarderchic on Friday and I got quite a box o' loot! I got:

- Some wrist warmers (which I have been using daily at work/home to prevent my hands from freezing while typing)
- A white board to-do list, perfect for keeping all of those papers/assignments/life things organized
- A self-pampering kit complete with homemade soap, homemade candles, massage oil, bath salts, a bath teabag, a sleep mask, and an aromatherapy heat bag. Smiley

Thanks so much Boarderchic! I love everything!!! Smiley

7  Re: Choc Unan Rd 3 Gallery of Chocolatey Goodness! in The Swap Gallery by Daniethanas on: October 25, 2008 09:18:18 PM
I love love love everyone's packages so far! I think that two of my favorite things are that apron, the shiny chocolate bag... and of course...

MY LOOT FROM RONDAS!!!! Smiley Smiley Smiley

I love love love the package she sent and am confused about what she thought I wouldn't like. Here's the whole kit and caboodle:

A clear shot of the chocolate football fleece blanket, just waiting for me to be curled up watching a Pats game:

The magnetic bead bracelet (that DH was playing with because he thought it was so neat. I'll be wearing it tomorrow):

And of course... the chocolate:

Also in the package was a $10 Panera Gift Card (Straight from my Wists!), a chocolate hankie, a chocolate cookbook, and the entire thing was wrapped in a swath of fabric that was mustard colored on one side and cocoa-esque on the other.

Side story: Tonight we had our youth group over for pizza, and I took out the box of candy store chocolates to share. If you notice there are two big balls in there that are drizzled in white chocolate. One of the students ate one and was like "Uh.. this is chocolate covered in a big ball of peanut butter". SO - my amazing husband protected the 2nd one from inhalation by one of the students: "Oh... yeah... don't eat that other one then, because Danielle LOVES peanut butter and chocolate. That's hers." Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

THANK YOU SO MUCH Ronda!!! You were an amazing swap partner!!! Smiley

OK... here are the pictures from the stuffie that LaurenMissing sent. I have named her "Claire", because I'm a bit obsessed with LOST at the moment. The snail is sweet, and Claire is sweet (at least through season 2 anyways), and so her name is Claire.

I didn't just receive a package from DIY ho yesterday. I also got a little box of goodies from Camelama! Since she embarassed me Wink by putting the package up that I sent her, here's the box of surprises that I found when I got home last night:

2 boxes of all-natural ingredient cookies (which one peanut butter cookie promptly got snacked on since I needed another 200 calories in my day... it was delish), 2 all-fruit bars (which I am super excited to try!), 2 little zipper pouches (one of which matches the journal she made me for the Super Sea Swap), a magnet, a wind-up heart, a little handmade soap, a little stack of notes... and my favorite: a pirate cupcake tea towel!!!

Thank you so much Camelama for my wonderful package and for being the best co-organizer EVER!!! Smiley

I received my box from DIY ho! I am now going to add my loot to the epicness of this amazing gallery. Smiley

Here's a shot of the whole she-bang:

A couple of cool craft books to give me new ideas... I'm interested in flipping through them and expanding my horizons beyond crocheting. OH! And also a bubble pencil (which my husband grabbed out of the box and began blowing bubbles around our office)

A close up of the stationary - which is amazing. I'm kind of a stationary hoarder. Smiley

Some felt, foamies, kitchen-y scrapbook embellishments, and handmade packaging:

And the yarn... oh sweet yarn... I freakin' love yarn...

Oh! The Coke tin had a bunch of little drink umbrellas in it. I'm thinking I might need an excuse to have a luau party now... Smiley

Thank you so much, DIY ho!!! I love everything. Smiley
