I have been on a huge wrap kick lately. They are just so perfect - little salads wrapped up in a delicious whole wheat shell! I make them in the morning and let them sit in the fridge to set up a bit.
This first one is a Nut and Agave wrap with cream cheese spread on the wrap, lettuce, walnuts, goat cheese, alfalfa sprouts, sunflower seeds, and cranberries/raisins (whatever I have on hand!)
This next one is a pretty low calorie wrap that I make with laughing cow cheese, lettuce, plum tomatoes, mushrooms, alfalfa sprouts and a tablespoon of light Italian dressing.
Not quite as good as the first one but it's nice when I know I'm going out to eat for dinner and need to have a 'light' lunch!
