I went to a Victorian themed ball last month and absolutely needed  Roll Eyes a new outfit for this occassion. I love sewing historical stuff and think that nothing flatters a female figure better!

My autumn tornure was made from poly tafeta in red and black with beautiful embroidery in fall colours. The pattern is frankensteined from a Truely Victorian pattern and real historic patterns found on the web. The corset was sewn after a pattern I took of a bought corset (which I'm in fact wearing underneath). The decoration are fake leaves and flowers I got in the dollar store or on flea markets. My friend helped me a lot as I'm not that good with arranging flowers... Enough with the talk, on with the pictures!  Grin

8  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Re: Soaps since the beginning of (my) soaping = lots o' pics! on: April 15, 2009 11:41:51 AM
Are you sure that your Oatmeal, milk and honey soap is vegan? It's not like I want to critisize you I'm just interested if you used some special fragrance or something?

It doesn't have milk or honey in it - it has a fragrance oil.  So, unless there are animal products in the fragrance oil that I don't know about, it's vegan! Smiley

That's so cool! Another thing that is impossible to get here in Germany... I'm always a little jelous because of all the great stuff you can get in the US!  Wink
