Here are a few of mine from this week: Antoinette: flax, hemp, cotswold, shetland and bamboo Skinny Sweets: angora, organic cotton, soy silk, mohair, thrown silk, tunis, shetland and cotswold (phew!) Happy Friday!

Three this week: skinny menagerie: Blue angora, grey and white mohair, green cormo and natural silver cotswold, even some natural brown yak with some green and yellow soy silk, yellow glitz and copper bamboo. maat: Turquiose silk rods set against golden tussah silk, organic color grown cotton and dyed corridale wool top spun into a soft, chunky, thick and thin singles. popgun: A blend of pink, blue and green tunis wool, natural Romney, dyed orange and natural alpaca, black mill ends, grey mohair, golden tussah silk with Yarnia threads and copper glitz. I love all the orangey colors popping up this week, especially "no name". "Money" is also super cute, too.

Yeah! I can finally post for Fiber Friday because I got my wheel today. I started with some practice singles from some mill end roving and moved on to core spinning alpaca seconds I dyed recently, mixed with sari silk shreds and fabric. Then I plied them, which I tend to avoid with my drop spindle, to make this: "cactus flowers"
