mama24boyz-the crochet picture of Lana is amazing.  Tell me, how many hours did it take you to do?  Ive seen other photos crochet like that and it just looks so time consuming to do.  I wouldnt have the patience to do something like that-I get bored doing granny squares.

P_E_S_T-I love those knit sea creatures!  I have a book that has all those patterns in it.  I soooo want to make an item in the book.  I started-but they are so complicated.  After I make more socks, I must give that knit amigurumi another try.

I made a ton of dog toys yesterday!  I added squeakers in them too.  Made from old blue jeans material so its extra dureable for big dogs and soft for small dogs.  Plus, it helps reduce landfill rubbish since I re-used the jeans.

I recieved from underthemountain last week.  She claimed me for sock yarn and old spoons.  The spoons look so vintage-they will make great jewelry.  And the sock yarn-so pretty!  No one ever told me that sock yarn and sock knitting would be this addicting.  I think making socks is my favorite thing to knit.  And the sock yarn-the stipes-gorgeous!

The mail man plopped a box from GlassKicker on our door step today.  And such a lovely package indeed.  I have to say I really appreciate the kindness of a Craftster member.  Sometimes I start to loose my faith in society-but then theres all these great people on Craftster that show some extra kindness and it really does make the world a better place.

Anyways, GlassKicker claimed me for supplies.  And she really showed the love in this package.  She made a special glass wall decoration and on it is a picture of my little Pug.  Its so wonderful.  Its going to go in my craft room so I can stare at it while I craft and do home school.  She also sent me cotton yarn, emboridery hoops, the stone pieces so i can make some coasters, bone blanks and metal stamps-hooray!  Now i can customize a dog tag for my Pug and one for my sisters sweet little mutt.  And as an extra item she sent me the book Pug Hill!  Thanks again GlassKicker, you lovely lady you!

The whole package:

I made a bow tie for my dog today.  After my Grandpa passed away, my mom and uncles went and divided all his things.  After dividing everything they still had his closet of clothes untouched.  My oldest uncle said I could have any of his clothes.  Well,I snagged them all.  I didnt have the heart to see them go to Goodwill.  Anyways, my hubby wears some of the clothes.  The ties I had in a special old metal military box of his.  Today-I decided I needed to enjoy one instead of keeping them in my little tin box.  So,  I made a bow tie for my little Pug.  I am so happy that I made it right on the first try-I was afraid I would mess up a memento of my Grandpas.  But, nope-I succeded and now I can enjoy seeing the tie being used.

Four more projects done for 2013.  I keep rotating the hat picture, but when its flipped the right way it ends up stretched out.  So, its sideways and not streched out.

A minion hat and a slouch hat.

A panda bath mit.  A toy car.

I recieved a package from plaidpineapple!  She made 2 awesome potholders, love the fabrics.  Some white yudu ink-perfect because i dont have any white.  Also velcro-whoo!  I was didnt have any more of that either.  And lastly some cute handmade cards.  I write a lot of snail mail to family-so these are great.  I have an aunt in a nursing home-and these are such happy cards-i think these will really be great for her especially.  Thanks plaidpineapple!

Heres a hat and scarf set I made.  Made the scarf last night while watching dear hubby play video games, made the hat today during home school.  It was used using random scrapes of yarn.  It will be a gift for a girl that my sister knows.  Hope she likes it and it keeps her warm.
