1  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Discussion and Questions / Room divider/folding wall on: July 18, 2008 04:30:26 PM
I am moving into a studio apartment and I need something to divide my sleeping quarters from the living room.

I like the chinese folding walls but they're rather pricey so I've decided to make my own!

I intend to use 3 or 4 body length mirrors to do it, but I have no idea how to go about hooking them together.  Hinges would be best so it can fold and such, but I don't really know how to use hinges.

Are they pretty simple?

Any instructions anywhere online?

TIA!

3  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / good (free) video editing program? on: April 12, 2008 09:11:20 PM
My father is in need of a good video editing program that is free.

He asked me, however, I have no idea.

I figured you craftsters are bound to know of a few downloadable programs that would be great!

TIA!

5  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Selling Crafts on Etsy.com / How to advertise? on: April 06, 2008 05:39:02 PM
I opened an etsy shop a couple months ago, but have not may very many sales =( (and the ones that I have made were from family).

Somebody told me that I need to advertise more, but i'm not sure how to go about doing that.

Any advice? Or constructive critisism on my store that may help me make more saleS?

Thanks!

Beautiful!
I love the look of cracked marbles, but besides piling them in a bowl, never knew what to do with them. This is perfect.

Thanks =)

I went crazy last night and fried pretty much every marble I had in the house. Lol. Now I have a ton. I may have to put whatever I don't use into a pretty bowl =)
