My mum's friend who is a fashion designer says it looks like a long grandad shirt

thankyou,
I found one of my grandmother's vintage vogue patterns that is actually quite similar Smiley

Are sleeves hard to do?

And no, it's her boyfriend Rupert Friend
but they do look quite similar!

I do think it would look better withsleeves
but i'm relatively new to making clothes and they sound pretty complicated!

well if you look at it zoomed in closely it doesnt have a yoke/bib, just a sort of curved gather
and what's a handkerchief shaped dress?

i've set about to make this dress which i love
perfect for spring!

(they are HUGE pictures, by the way)

its not clear to see, since her arms are hidden by the cardigan whether it has sleeves or not
but yeah. it has a placket down the front and a round neck, doesn't it?
and gathered at the front?

oh, and this looks rather similar

I have no idea how to make this. Any suggestions?
