1  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Ongoing Wish Swap Round 102 Gallery on: May 02, 2014 04:13:49 PM
I have some long overdue photos to share.

First, pinkleo claimed me for some supplies.  I got a set of much needed crochet hooks, some embroidery hoops, scrapbook paper, some neat pendants and some washi tape

Grab a Coffee sent me some wonderful ornaments and pendants. I love them all, especially the Haflinger inspired ornaments.

Thank you both!

2  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Ongoing Wish Swap Discussion Rounds 103, 104 & 105 on: April 10, 2014 06:08:10 PM
I might not join this months round. Work has been crazy and is zapping away my energy. I've had Lindy's package from the 102 swap finished since Sunday, but haven't been able to get to the PO all week.

4claims/3sent/2received

Hi! My name is Megan and I live in the middle of Indiana, USA. I am married, and live with my husband, dog, 3 cats, horse, llama and chickens.

Likes: blues, greens, purples, browns, yellows, blue/brown combo, horses (especially Haflingers). I prefer useful items, more plain, simple designs and not cutesy childish designs. I love leaf, tree, owl, bird themes and peacocks. Our wedding was peacock themed with bright blue and kelly green colors (I love blue, he loves green - it really fit). I love sunflowers and daffodils.  Any scents or flavors are okay except licorice or coffee.

Dislikes: Floral, child/cutesy designs (if unsure, just PM me), neon and pastel colors. Please no earrings

Allergins: None, but please nothing that smells like cigarette smoke.

I have started a Pinterest board with some examples of things I would like, or things I like. Feel free to craft off of it or use it for inspiration: http://www.pinterest.com/terrabella01/crafty-things-i-like/

7  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Ongoing Wish Swap Round 101 Gallery on: March 09, 2014 11:52:37 AM
Everything in the gallery this round is amazing.

I received 3 wonderful packages yesterday in the mail.  First up is a supply package from texscrapper.  She sent a bunch of lovely scrapbook paper, vellum, and cardstock. The variety is wonderful. She also sent two lovely pendants and a bunch of vinyl. I can't wait to try cutting with it.  Now I just have to decide on a project.

Next up is two amazing packages from A2K.  She sent me the following:  some lovely fibers to spin, a variety of fabric squares, a set of handmade coasters with a basket (love the colors) and a hoopla of my horse, Max.

I tried to get a shot of the hoopla with my horse, but he wanted food and wouldn't come into his stall until there was hay in it. You can kind of see the resemblence.

Thank you both for such wonderful packages!
