Wow, that's fantastic! Smiley

I'd like to see you make one with the little blue and purple beads, but replacing the large "gems" with red ones, for contrast.

So Cute!

Did you use watercolour paints? I like the pastel colours.
3  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / My groovy polymer clay jewellery! on: July 22, 2008 04:31:21 PM
I made these today!

I bought 5 packs of polymer clay: pink, orange, yellow, green and blue.

I rolled them flat.

I cut them into little rectangles.

I made holes in them and baked them.

I strung the large ones onto a necklace, and stacked the small ones to make earrings.

This shows them before I baked. As you can see, I made twice as many as I needed, so I might make the rest into a matching bracelet.
4  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / My first beading- Dragon Earrings on: July 21, 2008 08:58:30 AM
This is my first ever attempt at beading.

I'm Welsh, so I wanted some red dragon earrings to wear to show my patriotism.

The closest I could find were silver dragons and red beads. So, I made my own earrings:

5  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Some random polymer clay goodies on: July 21, 2008 08:49:36 AM
After my first attempt at polymer clay earrings I had some leftovers. So, my bother, 11, and I, 18, had some fun making models.

I know they're not very good compared to other stuff on Craftster but I'm only a newbie!

6  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / My Loony Lovegood radish earrings! (Harry Potter) on: July 21, 2008 08:31:33 AM
I know these have been done a million times before, but I'm a Harry Potter fan so I had to make myself some radish earrings, as modelled by Luna Lovegood.

I made the radishes from polymer clay(first time using) and attatched sterling silvers earring hooks with pliers (first time using).

They're a little heavy, but I'm really pleased with them.

This is my first "completed projects" post, so please, be nice!
