1  Funky punky t-shirt to skirt recon in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by helenwellon on: February 29, 2008 02:10:25 PM
Made this skirt for my sister's birthday. Bought a load of t-shirt from the thrift store (pink and black, cos she loves pink and black!).

Made a long triangle shape from paper and cut out the shape from the t-shirts (enough to fit).

Made the seams on the outside for a bit of extra funk! Added a little pocket and a star.

Made a simple elastic waist by rolling over top and sewing in elastic to fit (no zippers - yey!)

All done!
