2  Paint Happy Wallet Clutch [Image Chunky] in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by Manley Stanley on: March 04, 2008 06:35:06 PM
I made a wallet clutch thingy! I didn't use a pattern or any measurements or anything. I didn't even stitch straight! But it only took me like a half hour so I'm pleased. It was my first time making anything of this genre and I've only been sewing for like 2 months hence the wonky stitching. Enough excuses, what do you guys think?

This is the wallet closed.

This would be the back.

Open with the bottom flap up

Open all the way, nothing inside.

Open with cards and cash

Holding it.

This would be me modeling it, If you can call it that. Lol.
What do you think?

3  The Man Of Time! (Clay Mask) in Pottery, Ceramics, etc: Completed Projects by Manley Stanley on: March 02, 2008 05:22:41 PM
I made a mask for my Ceramics 1 class and I just got it out of the kiln.

It was my first mask. He looks a little dusty and lumpy in the pictures but I guess the camera's not kind. What do you think?

4  From the graying men of Goodwill... [Image Annorexic!] in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Manley Stanley on: March 02, 2008 10:39:02 AM
I found this little gem at Goodwill the other day. So soft! Brand name as well. But... it was an XL. Now, it is this cute little top. or, it was. I took it apart last night. I'm going to make a hoodie. It's just too soft not to be worn that often. But, without further ado, voila!
I know it's blurry but my beloved Canon had suffered the sleet and freezing rain that day. I was taking pictures outside.

5  Rawr! in Stenciling: Completed Projects by Manley Stanley on: February 07, 2008 07:32:17 AM
I did my first ever freezer paper stencil and my second ever shirt overall. I drew a childish dinosaur and the letters were all free-handed. Half of the dinosaur was as well (I didn't want to make a detailed stencil) and the heart was also free-handed. I used Dye-na-flow (bleeds without stencil, only used for the purple) and Jacquard (LOVE!) fabric paint/dye. What do you think?
I revised the heart which you can't really see, but it's just the rumpled fabric in the close up. Where the shirt is just lying there, I hadn't yet done the neckline or revised the heart. And you can see the letters on the shirt really well when I wear it, it's just blurry I swear! Lol.
