All I can say is your magazine have bigger better pic than any of mine!! I must be buying the wrong mags. I love your envelopes and the labels.

I admire your patience. I've tried to do similar projects (sans pics I can't draw that well), but usually give up in disgust when I misspell the same word for the thousandth time and ruin the 15th copy of the same page. ARG! Kudos to you it looks great!!
3  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Re: Black and white bathroom! on: April 18, 2008 05:55:24 PM
That is a totally awesome idea. I'm a huge fan of black and white (stripes checks blocks . . .). I can't paint my walls b/c the have this icky plastic-y covering. I'm wondering if contact paper would work on that. Hmm. . . the possiblities are rising. Thanks for the inspiration!!!

By the way I also love the fairy and gnomes on your shelves!
4  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: 8-Card Overload: 'Lyra's Oxford Scowlers', 'Snowdrift', 'Dream Big'... on: April 16, 2008 04:58:48 PM
I really like the "nitwit" and "dream big" cards. I also like the "scowlers'" though I must admit that I liked the Here There Be Dragons book better than His Dark Materials Trilogy.(FYI- another good Oxford set book is Endimyion Springs) Keep up the good work!
5  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: Handbound journals! on: April 16, 2008 04:38:15 PM
What weight paper did you use for the inside and where did you find it? I have a hard time finding paper any heavier than 24 lbs that isn't card stock. I want the heavier paper so my ink doesn't bleed through. I like the striped one as well. I like how the paper matches the stripes. They both look great.
6  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Wire tree and leaf on: March 06, 2008 05:50:34 PM
Those are beautiful. I've worked with wire a little bit, but I was too impatient. I couldn't get it to work for me they way I wanted it to. I would love to be able to do something like that tree. That must be a product of a lot of patience and pratice. They are truly works of art!
7  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: My geeky Valentine on: February 16, 2008 06:59:37 PM
I LOVE IT!! I'm a big Doctor Who fan, too. I think your Dalek is good. Much better than I could do.
8  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Scrappy Square Quilt on: February 16, 2008 01:12:00 PM
I absolutly LOVE this quilt. Bright, scrappy quilts are my favorite kind. And the scrappier and more mixed up the better. I started learning how to quilt so that I could have my own quilts like this. Then I saddly discovered that I have a randomization problem, a patience problem and a rush problem just to name a few. But I still love quilts and the one is FABULOUS!!!
9  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: Pretty papers on: February 16, 2008 12:37:34 PM
These are very lovely. I really like the first one. When I first saw it, I thought it was tree bark.

Does the paint flake off if you fold them? If not what kind of paint do you use? I like making books, but sometime I can't find pages large enough to use as end sheets. When I've tried painting paper the paint generally flakes off and that just won't work!
10  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: oooo-oooo-oooo, it's magic.... on: February 15, 2008 03:36:00 PM
I love this idea! Now I don't have to learn to carve wood to have a wand. How long is your wand? Is it very sturdy or do you have to be somewhat careful with it. It looks awesome!
