1  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Your favourite sandwiches on: February 19, 2008 01:44:08 PM
I LOVE roasted chicken with chive and onion cream cheese, arugula, and roasted red pepper on toasted sourdough.
Then of course there's the famous Proscuitto ham, Provolone, and Fig Spread on Grilled Walnut Bread that a little diner by my work makes and I have never been able to replicate. It's AMAZING! I will also drool over anything with avocado!

10  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: "Cooking School" on: February 07, 2008 07:00:58 AM
Personally I LOVE Moroccan Food. You can find super simple recipes that don't take a ton of work, but the food is always delish. Plus, you can go all out with style: sitting on big floor cushions, washing your hands before and after in rose water, and eating without utensils (makes clean-up a breeze!!). Creating a Moroccan atmosphere is so easy and makes for a really fun and unique dinner party. Just Google "Moroccan Recipes" and you can find tons of wonderful stuff!
