Hello Harry Potter friends- I got a WONDERFUL package from Krafty_Karasu yesterday and because of its awesomeness, I took a lot of pictures! So bare with my as a share the goodies!

First I got a wonderful stocking made by Krafty_Karasu:

and inside were a whole bunch of jewelry lovelies!

An 'E' for Erin necklace with framed earrings:

Gryffindor pride necklace and earrings:

(they are red in real life, the picture just isn't that great)

and my favorite Phoenix Tear necklace and earring set:

then I opened my other goodies, and what did I find? A beaded ornament with Potterpuff Ginny!

and last but not least a wonderful frame with a polyclay phoenix, the first big clay project by Krafty_Karasu, can you believe it?

and then EVERYTHING all together (including a very pretty little book sporting the Gryffindor colors!)

Sorry for all the pictures, I just needed to show off all the wonderful things that Krafty_Karasu made for me! This has been wonderful an thanks again Krafty_Karasu, you rock!

4  Party Shirts (*pic and story heavy*) in Stenciling: Completed Projects by drinkdrankdrunk on: November 09, 2008 09:35:53 PM
So my boyfriend and I go to/throw a lot of theme parties. The problem is that my boyfriend is very into dressing up- but can only handle the low matinentce of a t-shirt. He reminds me of a dog, sometimes you can get cloths on them, but if you try to get too fancy with extras, they'll just bite them off... He's the same way, but doesn't bite as much.  Wink
This means that I make a lot of random t-shirts for him. Here are four that I've one for in in the past:

The crab shirt:

We went to an under the sea party and he wanted to go as crabs. Which was fun because he got to run around grabbing onto people then telling them how they have crabs too!

The peace shirt:

This was for a Hippy party, it was the first shirt I made for him and it's pretty worn out now.

Clogsworth:

For my birthday last year I through a fairy tale party. I went as Belle and the boy went as Cogsworth. Sadly, I was forced to do this like twenty minutes before the party itself, so it's not the best, but it gets the point across.

Halloween:

For this past Halloween the boy decided that what he really wanted to be was sperm. So I made him this shirt and he wore white pants and a silly hat... With this one he got to poke people and tell them they were pregnant.

Anyway, for most all of them I used black fabric paint and a brush and/or spray fabric paint. It's pretty easy and fun and people tend to like his costumes!

Please tell me what you think and sorry if some of it's too adult!

5  Re: Little Visitor Swap Round 9 Winter Vacation Gallery in The Swap Gallery by drinkdrankdrunk on: November 06, 2008 02:54:17 PM
Oh my goodness! I got my package on time and it is amazing, but  I've been sick and I can't find my camera cord charger thing... Undecided  So I've finally used a computer camera thing to get the pictures of the WONDERFUL package ckchan sent me. They're a bit wonkey and backwards- but better than nothing.

Shot glass from Kansas

Handmade turtle, he's now a tv mascot!

yummy candy

Fun stuff from Vegas

Postcards and suckers from Arizona (the clear one has a worm in it, yummy!)

And last, my favorite pages from the awesome scrapbook.

It's time for SAM!!!

Ok, so I got Sam last week, and since then we've just been trying to get to know each other. Nothing too exciting.

Here Sam is in Hammy's old artist flat. (My LV8 visitor)

And some good ol' bonding!
Yay you're on my shoulder!!!

Oh NO! You fell!

It's ok, you're squishy!!!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Finally I'm getting some more pictures up!

So mainly Sam and I have been hanging out doing nothing, but every now and then he likes to get into trouble, like the night he decorated boyfriend...

I guess he's a bit antsy for a Christmas tree.

and we also had a lovely Thanksgiving, here's Sam with his own little plate:

He was excited he got to eat at the grown up table.

Pretty much all my amazing adventure plans start up this week, so there's been a lull. But Sam has been a trooper and is really helping me get through to the end of the semester!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Winter Wonder Weekend

So this has actually been a productive weekend for Sam and I! We went to a concert on Friday called Wrex the Halls, on the bill with Gaslight Anthem, Cold War Kids, Alkaline Trio, Cake, and Slightly Stoopid. I was a really great show- but really long transition periods. This is a picture with Alkaline Trio:

It was a lot of fun.
Sadly the next day it was raining and boyfriend needed to work on his second car, the crappy car. So Sam came out to give him a hand. It was helpful, or as helpful as a stuffed monkey can be for a giant piece of crap Cadi.

But after all the car worries we got a Christmas tree! It was a lot of fun and now we have a very small and wonkey tree... but Sam wanted a big one. So there was a bit of a fight, he wouldn't leave the tree- till it started raining again and he gave up on the fight.
