Your tomatoes look delicious. Frankly, I'm a lazy gardener too. Mine really needs weeded and I have to pull out all my broccoli and brussel sprouts. Freaking caterpillars have swarmed them to death. Anyway, it looks like you waited too long to pick that cuke. That might be why it looks like that.

You could use makeup type liquid latex and tissue paper to build the flesh bits over the tubes and where the clamps attach. It's kind of like white glue. You can then cover the tissue paper and latex with makeup. From the side shot, it looks like the actress has her hair under a baldcap with most of it at the back. You could cut holes in the cap and have their ends under the cap, so that they look like they're under your skin. Then you would build up the flesh with the latex. Also, the liquid latex might help to blend the bald cap into your skin. Painting the flesh should be interesting. It looks like you could start with a pale base and them sponge on gray and a bit of yellow and brown. Also, it looks like she's wearing red or coral lipstick. (Borg Queen on a hot date?)
I think only her shoulders, neck and head are exposed. The rest of her wasn't flesh, so you might need to wear black gloves as well. Oh, and boots! I think she wore boots.

Oh man! I wish I had gotten back into craftster earlier! I kind of forgot about it for a long time. I would have sent out some Mr. Bee's potato chips. They're a West Virgina thing. Pepperoni rolls are really popular around here too, but I don't know about mailing them. I think I know why we have obesity problems though.
