1  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Re: Where can I find this paper? on: June 28, 2008 07:36:32 PM
I've been reading different posts about room decoration and I came across this one: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=151134.0  They mention paperaddict.com so maybe that site would have something like you're looking for.
2  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Re: Kitchen Makeover, 15$! on: June 28, 2008 07:21:24 PM
My mom did that with our cabinets at home and the contact paper lasted for about 10 years, so it's pretty durable too.
3  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Discussion and Questions / Re: Woe be unto the lowly cross-stitcher on: March 12, 2008 09:41:42 AM
I got a cross stitch book at a used book store.  Of course it had semi-lame patterns, but the finishing techniques and such were still good.  Personally, I think I'm getting addicted to the idea of celebrity portraits.

When I saw the first picture I thought it was fantastic, then when I realized it was a jacket... wow! I love the Golden Girls.  I was actually thinking about cross stitching them.
5  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Suggest New Boards and New Features / Re: Separation in Needlework boards on: March 12, 2008 09:30:35 AM
I think it would just be more convenient for everyone if they were separate.  Cross stitch is different from embroidery, etc.
6  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Introduce Yourself / Hi from Leann in NC! on: March 06, 2008 01:22:44 PM
Hey everyone.  I joined this site a few years ago with a different username.  Life got busy and I didn't have time to really get into many projects.  I still am busy, but I'm making time for crafts.  I'm, 23.  I go to college in NC and have 2 cats and a dog.  I like to knit, draw, paint, bead, embroider, cross stitch, sew, and more.  I love the projects on this site, and look forward to meeting neat people.

9  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Tupac Crossstitch (Now with Pattern) on: February 29, 2008 08:43:07 PM
Oh my gosh, I love this so much!  I'm actually about 75% done with this cross stitch right now.  I too am doing it for a friend.  So far I've told her that I'm making something for her and I hope she doesn't think I'm a creep when she gets it.  I've been taking pictures as I go, and I'll post them all once I'm done.  I would love to see the other patterns you have.
