One of my friends asked me to make a hat that looks just like this

I can get the rest of the hat no problem. I just can't seem to figure out how to make the tassels stand up like that.
What do you guys think? Huh
I was thinking fabric starch. don't know if it would be the desired look though.

7  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Medium Mohair Yarn Shops on: April 02, 2008 02:40:14 PM
I'm still so new to this crocheting thing. One of the projects I found asks for Medium Mohair, and well I have no clue where to find it. Do any of you know of an online shop that sells Medium Mohair in white, or pale blue?
just wondering, I've been looking for a while...and just can't find anything.
I'd really appreciate your help
