Got all my crafts planned, and will be going to the store tomorrow ( hopefully), this weekend will be my altra super crafting weekend.

Checking in!   I am really excited about the already thinking of things to make.  I am planning on going to the store this Sunday as my week is pretty busy with work. Though, it really should not get in the way of my crafting.

I am getting super excited and can't wait to start crafting.   I've been really busy with work, but luckly  a break is coming up!

I am very excited for this swap. I just finished up the Mini Sailor Moon swap, and this one popped up! LOL

And a Seiya Kou needle book.  also included was a chic scarf which I'll be making into a head band.

I am super excited that you like the package, and that it got there safely!    I had sooo much fun making the Sailor Moon doll, and it is hilarious that your kids are getting a kick out of it too ( sorry that they think you are a youma ).

Looking back now, I really should have written down the a pattern for it.

I agree, the pattern on his back is my favorite part. Though it takes me forever to do since my fabric scissors are too big, I used my small crane embroidery scissors, in the end I was happy with it.

This is Lorenzo, despite his fierce appearance,  he is a gentle soul, and one of his favorite past times is nomming on Kitties. Unfortunately, I do no have any felines in my household, and ferrets are not his cup of tea.  All of this has made Lorenzo a bit depressed.  So a friend of mine has decided to adopt Lorenzo, and soon he will be one his way to sunny California.  Where he will have fun in the sun, and has a nice 18lb kitty waiting.

I don't have any "action" shots as of yet, but as soon as he reaches his destination, I'll post pictures as soon as I can.

A friend of mine has seen my Monster ferret beds in the past, and commissioned me to make a cat bed for her.  She gave me creative freedom with the design as long as it can fit her big kitty.  After a month of working on him off and on, he is finally ready to be sent to her.

I am excited and this really is the largest plushie I have made so far.  I learned alot of what works and doesn't while making this.

I really love the way it turned out, and I may make one for my ferrets.

He is made of various corduroy and heavy cotton fabric.  The "tongue" is a removable cushion and cover, so it can be cleaned when it gets dirty.  

I also used plastic boning, to help give it support, but in the end I had to add additional support, which is okay because it looks like "ribs" on the interior.

Of course I was way over zealous with this project I did not take any progress shots. >.<  I need to get better at that.

March and April was a cornucopia of unexpected things for me!  I really wanted to send out early,  but  I couldn't, and then the volcano stop everything in Europe. LoL  this will definatly be a swap to remember.

I can't wait to see what people made, nor can I wait for the big swap this summer.
