44  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: winter coat with knit collar on: March 25, 2008 02:43:00 PM
The picture with the collar done up made me giggle.  I really like all the pictures.  Your coat has a lot of really artsy elements - I like the line of the buttons and the contrast between the knit fabric and the regular fabric.  The buttons really blew me away, though.  Really good job!  Looking at the pictures like like looking at a painting, at first I was like a thudding, "wow" and then I noticed all the details and was pummeled with, "wowwowwow" little impacts.  Very cool.

48  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Re: Fabric Curlers *w/tutorial link **UPDATED w/ pics of outcome on 1st page! on: March 25, 2008 02:27:45 PM
These look very comfortable.  I'm always afraid to try leave-in curlers because they seem like a throw back to a beauty ≠ comfort era, but these look really cool.  good job!

This is more than amazing.  I'm always blown away by successfully altered clothes.
