Very cute. Thank you for posting this. You have inspired me...or should I say my 9 yr old daughter. She fell in love with the style and said to me now you can use all the bandanas up you have, cause I want one in every color. This might be the perfect time for me to teach her how to use the machine so she can be her own designer!

7  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: Twofold re: size markers on: May 27, 2010 05:19:21 AM
For what it's worth, .....I did something like this on a much smaller scale for my kids when the became fond of rearranging and organizing their own closets by color. What I did was take 2 5x7 index cards, write or print out the color name glue it on the index cards and run it through my cheapo laminater. The double index provided enough support so the would not get bent, and the lamination added protection and durability. I made the cards over 3 years ago and since added to the collection as the colors in the wardrobe change, and also add things like "Play Clothes" , School Clothes".  The great thing about this you can have as little as or as much as you want, with a 5x7 card you can cut them to fit, and they would all be the same style and our color, you can even print off pictures like of pants, shirts, or w/e to add by the Lg, Med, or Sm size tag. I understand not everyone has a laminater, but I got mine off of e-bay for 5 bucks and a boat load of the plastics for free, also I think Stables offers it for a reasonable price per sheet.

First of all congrats! From the looks of the last photo, you are a fun loving couple and look very happy! Second...the cream cheese mints made me feel quite nostalgic! That type of mint in the leaf and rose shape mold was a staple in my household growing up!
I Love the photo/card box, your Mom did an amazing job!! Your photo frames on your bouquet was such a sweet idea I love it! All of the elements in your wedding came together wonderfully, and with the blue sky and calm looking water it looks like you could not have picked a better day!!

Very Cute outfit! You just convinced/inspired me to get the machine out and get trucking on something like it for my daughter.

And Kimmasaurus: it means "dear daughter", there is "ds" for "dear son" and "dh" for "dear husband." >^.^<
