I just completed my first sweater.  I hope my new niece likes it!  The pattern was free from the lion brand yarn website. 

My husband is adamant about having a compact, lightweight wallet.  I thought this might fit the bill (sorry for the bad pun!).  It's constructed of Tyvek, the super light, durable paper that express post envelopes are made out of.
Our first anniversary is around the corner and because the traditional first year gift is paper, I think it's perfect.  His name is Ruben, hence the R on the front.

Recently my sister had her first baby.  Before the birth we decorated the baby's room.  My sister and her husband waited for the birth to find out the sex of the baby so the decoration was gender neutral.  I think the color scheme worked out great.  It was quite a transformation!
