Hello Again!
Here is an awesome pillowcase I made one day when I was bored & had a couple hours to spare.
I used ruffle elastic trim to separate the different fabrics.
I love that it has this goth Alice in Wonderland feel!
Let me know what you guys think....

Thanks For Stopping By!

Hello To You!
Thanks for poppin in to take a closer look!
I am happy to say I made a curtain for my living room window,
that used to have a boring (not to mention ancient) sheer curtain so the whole neighbourhood could see in!
So, needless to say....that motivated me enough to do something about it.
So, here it is:

4  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / SKULL GIRL Bag Purse Thing on: November 11, 2009 10:42:05 AM
Today I finished a really cool purse I am proud of.
I used an old pair of dickies pants for the "weight" of the bag,
and added plaid lining to thicken everything up.
On the front of the bag I added 2 little pouches for keys/cellphone.
Finished it off with a cute skull girl patch & some red elastic ruffle trim.

Any comments welcome!
Thanks for dropping by!

Hello Fellow Craftsters....

I had a day off from work a few days ago,
and decided to make a purse and get back into my sewing.
It's been about 2 weeks since I've had a chance to sew, and I had the itch...
This is what I came up with.

I welcome any comments or feedback.

8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Guitars Skulls & Hearts.....Oh My! on: March 25, 2008 01:51:09 PM
Allo Allo!

I made a simple but super cute top from flannel and black stretch knit.
I had some spaghetti cord to use for the straps. I took me a couple of hours to complete.
I love it.
I hope you do too!

9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Pink Houndstooth Hooded Cami Top on: March 07, 2008 08:38:05 AM
Hey Everyone!
I added a new item to my wardrobe. I made this hooded cami top with stretch knit houndstooth, and super stretchy black knit. I gathered it a bit in the bust, added a grommet, and looped ribbon through. I cut out a basic heart shape (remembering my skills from grade school when you fold, and cut half the heart Grin) and zig zag'd it on the hood and the back of the top.
I hope you like it. Please comment!

10  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / T-Shirt Pillows! on: March 02, 2008 09:03:51 AM
Good Morning to all you crafsters,
I had a few items around the house, I decided to destroy some old sleeping pillows (regular ones) and use the stuffing to fill a few old items I had around.

The first one is a Little Miss Goth bag I had. It already had a zipper on it, so it was easy to stuff.
I added a corset tie to the back of it and a few beads on the zipper with a pistol charm.

The second is my black & pink striped tee I had. I chopped it up and made this cool pillow!

Third is my old blondie tee. I loved it, but the armpits were icky, so I made good use of it.  I added striped purple & black on the sides.

Hope you like them!! Please comment!
