By hand or by machine? what kind of stitch are you using? Can you show us pictures?

Machine. Just a simple, typical straight stitch.

When I'm sewing everything seems fine but when I turn my project right-side-out, and it's stretched a little... you can see the stitches (and it looks awful, to be honest.)
How do I stop this from happening? :|
