1  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Steve Zissou Manta Ray Wrangler! on: April 24, 2008 06:33:11 PM
I made this for the Wes Anderson Sway Take 2. My partner that received it was diy_do_or_die and I used her beautiful pictures because they are better than mine. Comments Welcome!

This has already been posted in the swap's gallery but I wanted to share with fellow crocheters too.
2  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Chibi Robo! on: March 08, 2008 03:58:47 PM
I just bought the new Chibi Robo game for the DS and beat it rather quickly so to further my time with my good friend, I decided to crochet him. I used a power cord from an old vacuum to attach to Chibi. Enjoy!

3  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Kermit the frog. on: February 19, 2008 07:00:12 PM
I modeled the head from a Pacman pattern I found and just made up his body and limbs. I made up the jester collar around his neck from just making triangles strung together and some rows of sc. There are a few obvious flaws however this was my first project from scratch w/o a pattern. Thanks for looking.

4  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Another Brain Slug on: February 09, 2008 04:47:49 PM
I am a HUGE Futurama fan so I was really jealous when I saw all of the other brain slugs on here. This is my version, I used a combo of crochet and knitting but mostly crochet so I posted it here. I kind of made my own version of the the different patterns I found. Might I mention also that this is my first crochet project. I used a lime green color and the antennae aren't crooked, one it just laying back a bit in the photo.
Thanks for looking!

5  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Yo Gabba Gabba Reference on: January 24, 2008 09:02:44 PM
I love Yo Gabba Gabba so I was very excited to see that NickJr.com has some cute Yo Gabba Gabba crafts. My favorites are the no sew pillows of the characters however I think I will sew mine. Check it out: http://www.nickjr.com/shows/yo-gabba-gabba/kids-crafts/index.jhtml
6  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Monster in My Parasol on: January 19, 2008 10:10:54 PM
I'm new so I can't post pics, please click below:

Let me know what you think.
This is a mini mural I just painted in my craft room. It's a monster with a parasol inspired by the Queens of the Stone Age song, Monsters in the Parasol. Sullen Riot is the name I use for everything including selling my crafts. The monster is inspired by S.Britt (see http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=8975273). The size is approx. 4'x4'.
