Well my husband made me dinner and the appetizer were these scallops..they were seared on the top and bottom and has a nice crisp texture and a melt away texture on the inside. easy enough to make:
1 lb Sea Scallops
lemon Pepper Mrs. Dash
1/4 bunch fresh parsley chopped fine
2 tablespoons oil
1-2 lemons cut into (however you want it)
season scallops with mrs dash very well and add salt.
bring oil in pan to shimmer over med/med-high heat, and add scllops. let the cook until its easy to lift up with tongs...(3-5 minutes) flip over and repeat...
plase on plate, sprinkle with parsley and place lemons on the plate... this is delish!!
