1  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / First ever stenciling effort... Heart On My Sleeve on: February 15, 2008 01:41:50 AM
I found this black hoodie in the free area of my apartment complex and decided to use it to experiment with stenciling. It was free after all, so why not? I think it turned out alright, if not amateur-looking, but what the heck. (Photography is my mom getting artsy.)

2  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Fuzzy Cat--First Plush Toy! on: February 05, 2008 10:57:21 PM
One dark and stormy evening when I was cooped up inside, I decided to do some sewing in three dimensions and out came this purple and white kitty cat! My very first toy.... Smiley

And the back... that tail was a pain!

3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / XL Man's Sweater---> Ladylike Sweater Tunic on: February 05, 2008 07:52:22 PM
This project was inspired by frithalouise  and her adorable sweater dress, see here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=218058.0

I was shopping for a men's sweater long enough to make into a dress, when I happened upon this lambswool XL with Scotland on the front and said "Eureka!" Not quite long enough for a dress, I settled for a tunic and I think it turned out alright! Thanks for the tutorial, frithalouise!
