2  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / Felt Ornaments on: November 18, 2011 01:29:47 PM
I discovered  the fun of working with felt last year and made these ornaments. I didn't get to finish or use them then because of a family tragedy but I brought them back out this year and I am going to make more.

Several of these were inspired by things on Craftster and around the net so any similarities was probably intentional but I don't know where I got all the ideas from anymore.

Thanks for the nice comments!

The biker boot material is more of a fake leather type (pleather?) than vinyl...I'm not sure exactly what it is...I got it from the remnants bin at Walmart way back. It is soft and leathery feeling and has a white lining similar to a tablecloth. I have done some fun things with this fabric and I got enough to make a few more stockings!

Oooo...a steampunk stocking sounds really cool....hmmm...I'll have to see what I have on hand....great idea bunny1kenobi!
