21  Re: Magic Yarn Ball Swap Round 10 in The Swap Gallery by jessa_aka_jalapeno on: May 03, 2009 11:46:52 AM
BentoBox has already received, and I remember her saying on the main thread that she got pictures of everything except the ball before it was unraveled, and that works out because I only got a picture of the ball after it was wrapped lol

So here is the pic of the ball before it was unraveled. It looks more like a magic yarn egg.  Cheesy

I received!! I love it BentoBox! Thank you SOO MUCH for everything!!

I hope that nothing is missing though, because the box looked like it was tampered with. Huh
You just can't trust the USPS these days lol

Here is a group shot. Isn't the hat so cute?! teehee Smiley
There is also a drawstring bag, some lifesavers, a crocheted clock that is going to live on my desk, and a little crocheted dishscrubber!!

Here is a closeup of my favorite item. A BENTO BOX!! I absolutely love bento boxes, and I am so happy to have another one to add to my little collection!!

Isn't Hello Kitty cute?

bahaha! She is hiding some hi-liters and a cute notepad in her mouth!!

And I forgot to get a picture of the pattern, but it is for a cute little dinosaur amigurumi. I will post pictures when I am done with it Cheesy

Thanks again, BentoBox! Your package is awesome  Grin

Closeups of the charms she sent, which are so freaking adorable!!

Sequins on the side. I love it!!

And here is my matchbox from Mamarose22:

She constructed her own with plastic canvas, and stitched it! Isn't it beautiful?

The goods. I love everything, especially the little burgandy bows and the flowers!

Thank you so much, Teag and Mamarose22, for the awesome matchboxes!!

Nice matchboxes ladies! I love all of the ones that have been posted so far!

So Mamarose22 received the matchbox I sent her, and she said that I could go ahead and post pics if I have any, so here they are the pictures I did take Cheesy

They aren't that detailed though Sad

You can kind of see the decorations on the box. I didn't think to take a closeup picture of the box lol

A closeup of the leaf-shaped beads and charms I put in the box.

I am really glad you liked everything Mamarose22!!

25  Re: Chocoholics Unanimous Rd 4 Gallery of Sweet Chocolatey Indulgence! in The Swap Gallery by jessa_aka_jalapeno on: February 26, 2009 02:59:07 PM
I received todayyy!! Cheesy
Here are the pictures:

First, she made me this awesome bracelet with a little cake slice, and a perler bead cupcake magnet! Cheesy

Then, I found the most kawaii wall hanging ever! It says, "chocolates are a girl's best friend". I LOVE IT! Look at the faces on those chocolates! Aren't they amazing?!!

And finally, the chocolate:

Man, I have sampled all of them (there was a coconut chocolate bar too, but it didn't make it to the picture lol). I love them all! And the chocolate coins are Canadian, which is awesome. I love the hazelnut chocolates! It seems like there are no American chocolates that use hazelnut, although I don't know why, hazelnuts are wayyy better than peanuts (in my opinion lol)

Thank you so much for everything, Nicolatte!!

I received today! I love everything Malbert made me!
Here are the photos:

A group shot

Detail on the COOLEST tote in the history of ever. It has the most accurate felt Florida I have ever seen, and it features one of my favorite quotes from the movie (the one in my signature). It has my actual latitude and longitude embroidered on the tote too!
And the back...

It looks so neat and even! She has some mad skills lol

Detail of the scarf she made me. I love it so much! It made me laugh because I always call the Cheshire cat the "creeper cat" and this scarf fits that perfectly teehee

The jewelry, cute teacup buttons, and teacup she made me. I love the little beaded pendant and the magnet as well!! The bracelet she sent that matches the earrings aren't there because I am wearing it...

That pic does NOT do it justice, it is soooo pretty! I want to wear it all the time Cheesy

Thank you so much Malbert, for being an awesome partner and for all of the stuff!!

Woot my partner received and I am SOOO glad she liked everything!
She asked me to post pics because she left her camera cable at school, so here I am! lol

P.S. - I now realize that there are ALOT of photos. Brace yourselves!! lol

A group shot

Detail of the tote I made her. I did some stalking and found out that she loved penguins, so I tried to incorporate that into her package somehow Cheesy

The back of the tote

The other side of the Mad-Hatter's hat pillow. The Mad Hatter's unbirthday cake!!!! Grin

Cheshire Cat bracelet and Shrinky Dink

Closeup of the pincushions. I made two because that teacup is awesome, and I came up with the idea of an "Alice Cupcake" after I made the teacup pincushion lol

And finally, a little container and book set I made. I figured it wouldn't be Alice in Wonderland without the playing cards teehee Wink

I had so much fun making everything! You are an awesome partner, Malbert!!
I will probably receive tomorrow, and I can't wait!!
