Today I got my package from Tygir!! It couldn't have come at a better time-today was a little much, but then I came home, and there was wonderful stuff waiting for me!

A knit washcloth (lovely colors!)

green tea and sandelwood scented soaps that I can't wait to use!

AMAZING chocolates with peanut butter filling!

aaaand the best part: knit yoga socks, so I can practice warmly, without slipping around!!

I love everything so much tygir! and thanks for making it all cat-hair-free! you made my day.

3  fancypatchy jeans. in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by youlittlerabbit on: July 18, 2005 10:01:01 PM
I bought these wonderful jeans when I spent a summer in Madrid. While it is lovely there, I lost about 15 homesick pounds and looked totally emaciated. Once I was back to healthy, normal me-size, nothing I bought there fit any more.

So....

The patchwork is made from really rich, velvety upholstery fabrics.

I always get compliments on these, and its a nice way to salvage stuff that doesn't fit anymore. Enjoy.

7  circle skirt. yesssssssssss. in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by youlittlerabbit on: June 28, 2005 09:13:27 AM
This is a skirt I made a while ago. It was my first circle skirt, and thus, is a little wonky...but I like it anyhow. The waist is really high, like old school skirts and has big button closures. And, its really good for spinning!!!

That's my puppy in the pic, ain't he cute?

close-up of the waistband.

Thanks for lookin'. Smiley

8  sometimes I dye things in my college bathroom. in Dyeing: Completed Projects by youlittlerabbit on: June 27, 2005 06:48:45 PM
This is a goodwill-thrifted slip that I dyed. I did it in a big tub in the bathroom I shared at school this year. Left purple traces all around, but I think everyone liked it....It's just Rit dye, by the way. I left parts of it sticking up out of the dye bath for that bubbly effect.
