Thanks for the kind words everybody! I'm happy my little purse was able to spark a giggle. To answer some questions...

1. I use a dremel and a steady hand to cut a clean, sharp line

2. to maintain a rigid shape, i use stick glue to paste in a heavier lining on the bottom side, between to two pieced of printed fabric, then sew around it to keep it in place. I also fold the fabric strips on the sides of the zipper, which keep it well sturdy.

3. I used glue gun glue on this too hold it together, but it often warps the vinyl if the glue gets too hot. Now I just use wood glue with a paint brush for an even distribution.

I had to buy this 7 Inch record called 'Tight Fit', as bandanas and teased hair graced the sticker. I like the idea of record purses, but figured they might be too bulky for me to lug around, so I cut this little sucker down to size, and it fits in my bag perfectly, and holds a variety of items.

Im usually not a fan of bulky, puffy bags, but that is one hell of a gorgeous bag!
