I've been watching far more than my fair share of Battlestar Galactica lately and ended up making this.

Oh wow. Here are some tetris blocks I made recently.

And here's another one.



They were made entirely from single crochet (US terms) with a 3.5mm hook and some random 8-ply from my stash. I'm currently in the process of making the line, square and L blocks.

I think these would be a good, quick (A day each block), simple (I'm sure you can work out a pattern just by looking at them) present for a babby.

I brought them to uni and they spent half the day being cuddled by geeks.

I made this for my friend who got mugged this week. I wanted to make something bright and cuddly for him. Then I figured that I should make a weapon so he could defend himself better. So I compromised and made a cuddlesome dagger.

And then I gave it a smiley face for added cute.

Several people got stabbed with it today when I was gifting it. Noone was hurt.

Yep, I got caught up in the Portal craze too.

Here's my crocheted companion cube. I think it's quite cute.

OH MAI LAWD, it's a stargate!

I have a friend who's nuts about Stargate. So for her birthday, she's getting one.

The hole in the middle of the gate is 24cm in diameter if I remember correctly.

There will be better pics on the morrow.

I crocheted Jack O'Neill for my friend's birthday.

I'm pretty proud of him.

I didn't mean for this hat to look like a green shell, but it sorta does.





It took two days to knit up and if there's call for a pattern, I just might post it.

So, my friend Emily is pretty obsessed with Star Wars. This i her birthday present.

I used that pattern, until I got grouchy that it wasn't detailed enough. Then I added bits.

Thar she is, she's the emission spectrum of Iridium in scarf form.

She took forever, she has 61 colour bands.
