Thanks- the eyes are two sizes of buttons stacked and sewn together.

I sewed an apron, bow tie and made a paper brain protector to make my four year old a hot dog vendor


and made his 2 1/2 week old sister a hot dog in the stroller.



They were so cute.

I made this for my son to give as a birthday gift to his little friend, Lane, who is really into owls.
I think it will be cuter as it washes and frays a bit to give it some texture around the detail. I will be fine though because of the zig zag stitching around the detailing. Now I only wish I had made one for myself. but can't for a while- my sewing machine is on strike until I go get it serviced. I was just lucky I finished this before it quit.
