I have had a lot of chances to try different things with the camera this year.  Thought I would share a few.

Hubby and I were wondering the dollar store the other day and I decided we needed a wreath.

I found a round shape to use as the base and found things to fill in.  Did not think to take a picture before I started, but here it is on our door.

With jingle bells and all.







We had the bow from years pass so I think the total was $4 for the whole thing. 

I took about a 16 year break from my beads after one of my kids mixed them all together for me. 

Now that they are older however I find myself itching to make stuff again.

Here is what my seed beads looked like when I started...



This is the progress after hours...



Still have a lot to sort but I was able to try bead wrapping again.  This is one of my favorite things to do with seed beads.  You work the bead wrap right on the crystal or stone as to not dill at all.





I think it came out nice.  I am glad I am getting more of my colors together so I can do some designs and what not.  But it is good for a 16 year break...

I love this homespun yarn.  It is soft and warm.

So due to some new living arrangements I needed to move and downsize my craft room. It is smaller but I seem to have the room I need.



This is my former space.  I will miss my door.

Now I have a lot of stuff stacked in closets, but I came out with a lot of work surface.  Excuse the mess.  Still cleaning from the big move.



I love my sewing machine table it has two fold out surfaces.  Notice the nice peep holes my grand-son added to the shades. 



I added an area for my framed prints.  I will be adding more and more soon.  I used wire between three nails, I can hang many photos with few holes.



Now to get some work done in my new space.  Thanks for looking...

So I started making patchwork slings.  I love these bags.







I also add pictures to some of my slings...

I am having so much fun making these...This is my newest.  I have a new strap that I think looks cute with the purse.  I have been working hard on getting them flat bottomed and looking more like a purse then a pair of pants I sewed together...

The pattern worked up great and I found no mistakes in it.  My grandson asked for a rocket ship...










The next one I just made up as I went along.  My granddaughter just loves dolls...









The toys should be great for the kids to take on the plane with them during an upcoming trip...

This is a set I made for my niece, nephew and friend. 

My baby girl just got done with MP training in the National Guard.  Her brother was getting rid of some old camo shorts so I cam up with this purse for my daughter.  I had the lining in before I decided on the zipper so I had to rip it out and add the zipper.  The finished product was well worth the time...Sorry about the links, can't post photos yet...
