I was Audrey Hepburn / Holly Golightly last year for Halloween! Have you looked at a thrift store or the goodwill for a hat like that? I couldn't find one for my costume, so I just went with the tiara.

I saw this item on ebay (The seller has since been removed by ebay, looks like he was selling the items for $0.01 and over charging shipping to cover the cost of the item and avoid ebay fees) Anyway, thought it might be something I could figure out how to do.



It's a box (plastic?) with a light inside & a plastic poster front. I'm thinking this could be done with a shadow box, lamp kit & transparencies. Anyone have any suggestions or comments?

If the outside gets wet, it shouldn't be a problem, it's all iron on vinyl except the ribbon   The inside is regular fabric, so that part isn't waterproof.

This is my first post here, but I've gotten tons of great ideas from lurking around and seeing everyone elses creations.

My sis loves Tom Cruise, so when I received a rolling stone issue with him on the cover in the mail I knew that it would be my first magazine purse. It has a leopard print fabric inside and I trimmed it with leopard ribbon too!
