Would it be legal to sell wallets made from cloth bought at places like Joann's?

and would it be legal to sell like...tea wallets? since that is an idea that has already been created?

hahaha all of these ideas are hilarious! i totally could just make an octomaid...with suction-y cups on her eight tentacles...and use them for her nipples too...with octomaid eggs around her. that way...i combine them all!
