So, I just finished my 3rd-ish pair of socks. They are made from some unidentified acrylic white yarn that I dyed with the spice turmeric. I love them, and I hope you do too!

Hey all! So, I've been on my robotics team for three years, and all three years I have been campaigning to get a mascot costume. Now, our team is functioning on VERY limited finds, so buying an expensive custom mascot costume was out of the question. Consequently, we decided to make one! This was a group effort, participated in by me, some of my friends from the team, and a few moms. After a few weeks of blood, paper mache, and glitter.....

I now present... The #453 GEAR!

Can you find him? Hint: Look for the 'Binary' knitted scarf (from Knitty).


Then, for our second competiton, he got a makeover. He got some new coats of paper mache and gauze. Then he was covered in tissue paper and GLITTER!

So... I'm a nerd.....

I knitted a ribbed moebius cowl to show my love for all things math.

It is knitted with 2 balls of Berroco Love It Colors in colorway "Monday Monday", purchased at City Knits in Mt. Clemens, MI. It took a three-day weekend to knit. It is not very warm, at least against negative-degree 7 am Michigan weather. But I love it anyways.



It's so smart, it can levitate sideways.

Heyyy everyone! I made this hat for my former French teacher, who is having a baby this summer. It's crocheted top-down style, with little earflaps with braided pulls and a crocheted edge also. It was made with red, unknown acrylic yarn with no pattern. Enjoy.

Hey all... Well, I finally decided to join up. I lurked here for.... probably around several months, maybe even a year- I dunno. Haha.

Anyways, I'm Audrey, I'm in highschool, I'm from MI, and I like knitting, friendship bracelet making (knotting), a bit of sewing, embroidery, and just being crafty. I probably owe most of my craftiness to Girl Scout Camp also.

So.... Yeah.

Ps. I can tell this will be my new obsession. Hah.
