103  Bella's Bracelet, MY way! in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Boo_its_Brittany on: November 11, 2008 06:48:33 PM
I JUST finished this baby and I looooove it.
I made my own version of Bella's Bracelet (Twilight, for those who don't know)
I know it doesn't look much like the "real" one but I love it :]
I made it just by using materials I already had because I didn't feel like waiting to make it!
Haha

104  Two more necklaces :D Bats and casette tape in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Boo_its_Brittany on: November 11, 2008 05:05:42 PM
I used my other two bats to make one necklace. For my "dark days" haha

I found this tape when my mom was cleaning out the garage and thought it would make a cute necklace. I had other chain pieces dangling off it and a heart button but I couldn't get them to stay so I gave up and just kept it plain :/

105  Aberzombie shirt in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Boo_its_Brittany on: November 11, 2008 05:01:11 PM
I made my own Aberzombie shirt! The letters kept MOVING when I was trying to sew -_- Hence the crooked-ness. But meh, I like it.

Also, while cleaning out the garage I found this pinafore skirt my mom made me for halloween last year. (I was a doll)
I love it and plan to wear it TONS. I wore it to my cousins birthday party with the aberzombie shirt
Its made of felt and some lace and its got two big white buttons with two big purple heart buttons on top.

106  Neon splatter dino, Team Switzerland, and skeleton shirt recons WITH LINK TO TUT in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Boo_its_Brittany on: November 02, 2008 08:13:32 AM

I took a wooden dino cut out and set it on a black tshirt and splattered paint around it, then outlined in white. I made a deep scoop neck and added a pink tie.

For this,
I stenciled "Team Edward Jacob Switzerland", crossing out Edward and Jacob. I reconed it by cutting off the sleeves and using the bottom band of a blue tshirt to lace up the top. (As seen in Generation t)
I love 'em both :]

I got inspired by a skirt I saw made by someone online. I wish I would have used black instead of white, but I still like it.

107  Poofy Cuppycake Babydoll Dress and Hot Pink and Zebra Doctor's Mask in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Boo_its_Brittany on: November 02, 2008 08:08:16 AM

Made out of an existing project.
You may remember a previous post of mine:

Well, it was a bit too short for my liking. I originally intended just to add fabric onto the bottom, but when trying the skirt on over my head, it hit me. I ran around frantic and found something to tie around my waist and saw that it had to be. This had to be a babydoll dress. I'm very happy with the results.

I wanted a mask for a while.... I had a few scraps and I saw the tutorial on cut out and keep, so I made it happen :]

108  Reconned Converse Radness ~~ in Shoes: Completed Projects by Boo_its_Brittany on: November 02, 2008 08:01:27 AM

My sister had these old converse that she was gonna throw out, but I saved them. I wore them a lot but forgot about them for a bit.... I found them a few weeks ago and decided to diy them up.
I splattered neon colored paint all over them, sewed zebra print ribbon onto the tops and whited out the "all star" on the heel and wrote in "Pretty. Odd." I love them very much :]

Yaaaaaaay.
Continuing my obsession with necklaces. :]

I used different buttons, little wooden cutouts and a piece of ribbon for these.
I love them :]

110  Hama bead pendants in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Boo_its_Brittany on: October 06, 2008 04:59:59 PM
So yes. I made these Hama bead pendants. One is a ghost from pacman, one says "Patd" and is like, checkered I guess, and the last is a pair of sunglasses. I haven't attached chains yet but I will soon. I plan on making a "girl" ghost and attaching it with the boy one with a heart in between. Haha. but yes. Pretty simple projects, they just take a while.

Oh! and these are supposed to glow in the dark.
Wooot ~~~
